Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. After your payment has been confirmed, your order will normally be prepared within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Personalised or special-order items may require additional preparation time.
- Delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

charges imposed by local authorities.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email.
- You may also view order details from your My Account page.

Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address, telephone number, and email address are complete and accurate before placing your order.
- BOUCHRACHY is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
- Additional charges may apply if a parcel must be redirected or reshipped.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please retain the original packaging and take clear photographs of
the parcel and product if you need to report transit damage.
