• Return approval must be obtained before sending a product back.

Products should be used, handled, cleaned, and stored according to their material and our Care Guide.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, excessive weight, unauthorised repair, unsuitable cleaning products, moisture, colour transfer, or ordinary wear may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, BOUCHRACHY is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses
• Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Loss caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer
• Delays caused by customs, couriers, banks, payment providers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control
• Third-party websites, services, or unauthorised sellers
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, alteration, or unauthorised repair

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters or severe weather
• War, terrorism, civil disorder, or government action
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public-health restrictions
• Customs delays or border restrictions
• Transport interruptions or courier disruption
• Internet, hosting, payment, or telecommunications failures
• Labour disputes or supply-chain interruptions

Where possible, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate material delays.
